After more than 20 years working inside the senior care ecosystem, Jessica Solomon saw firsthand what happens when families are forced to make life changing decisions in crisis mode, often without financial clarity, transparent guidance, or the right professionals at the table.

At the same time, the demand for services continues to grow while quality resources, housing options, and experienced professionals become increasingly difficult to find and access. One thing Jessica knows for certain: families have more options when they start planning before they are in crisis.
