Proudly serving our local community since 1998, The Village at Northrise is a 16-acre continuing care campus for seniors. The Village at Northrise offers four distinct levels of care starting with the Hallmark, our Independent Living facility which accommodates residents who are still able to live on their own but who are ready for maintenance free living on a resort-style campus. Second, our Morningside location offers assisted living services and is perfect for seniors who need a little extra assistance with their activities of daily living. Our Desert Willow II location offers assisted living care for those residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia, while our Desert Willow I location is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation and transitional care.
Note: Patients do not need to be a resident of the campus to utilize the post-hospital services at Desert Willow I. Village at Northrise affords seniors the opportunity to age in place with additional care and services available all on one campus if they are ever needed.
