Opening Spring 2023, MorningStar of Mission Viejo enjoys an amenity-rich neighborhood in southern Mission Viejo. This near-perfect site for senior housing has numerous restaurants, the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall and Providence mission Hospital all within one mile. Laguna Beach is less than 30 minutes away. Our three-story community has 135 suites for independent living, assisted living and memory care and subterranean parking. Residents will have easy access to Interstate 5 from our location Marguerite Parkway, the city’s major North/South arterial pathway.
