Amare Villa is a Licensed Residential Care Facility in California. We are located on a corner lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood in West Lancaster. We are close to the freeway exit, Kaiser, and other medical clinics, restaurants, and shopping centers. Our facility is newly renovated with well-lit and wide hallways and ramps accessible for residents, especially those who use a walker or wheelchair.

Meet Our Owner
Our administrator is a licensed Occupational Therapist who has Certifications in Dementia Care and Geriatric Care, with more than 20 years of experience in ICUs, orthopedic units, surgical units, acute rehabilitation units, skilled nursing facilities, congregate living health facilities, and home health services. With her passion for serving older adults, combined with her extensive experience in providing medical care as an occupational therapist, you or your loved one will surely receive the utmost and best quality care.

At Amare Villa, our living and dining rooms are spacious for residents and their families or friends to enjoy when they visit. Our bathrooms are all equipped with grab bars, non-skid mats, raised toilet seats, and a shower chair. The residents’ rooms are spacious and each one has a TV. All medications, cleaning supplies and sharp tools/utensils are all locked and secured.

The backyard has seating and dining areas available for a family member or friends visiting. We have a concrete/paved backyard for our residents to safely walk or maneuver their wheelchairs/scooters. We have a High-Tech security system to keep our residents safe.

Here, our residents enjoy home-cooked meals with snacks. We accommodate different dietary and nutritional needs and spoil them with their comfort food! In addition, we provide them with a variety of activities to promote physical, mental, and social wellness.
